Every Guild Live show is filmed on multiple cameras with a direct feed from the desk. The performances that the artist chooses to publish are collected here: a growing record of what Austin sounded like on a given night, played by people who were paid to be there.
Every Guild Live show is filmed on multiple cameras and recorded from the desk, from the first night onwards. That is not an upgrade an artist has to ask for or pay for; it is simply how we run a show.
The artist keeps the footage. They keep their music too — the Guild takes no ownership of the recordings and no rights in the songs, and they are free to release, licence, sell or sit on any of it without asking us. What appears in this archive appears because the artist wanted it to.
Sessions will be published here as the first shows are played and edited, with the date, the room and the full bill attached to each one.
A phone on a tripod at the back of the room is not a document of anything.
Several angles running for the whole set, cut afterwards rather than switched live, so nothing is lost to a camera operator guessing where the solo is.
A direct feed from front of house with room mics for atmosphere, mixed after the night rather than captured off a camera microphone.
Footage and stills are delivered to the artist. They own the recordings and their music outright; the Guild claims nothing and licences nothing on.
